#7 PHP Timeclock

I currently use the PHP timeclock (TC) version 1.04 and for years this has been working without an issue for my staff. We all love it, we are trying to figure out a way to keep using it.
The last 6 months the timeclock continues to fail, the Admin reports cannot be run and worst the conncection is lost and we lose all the in and out time.
As I understand from my IT person , the TC is on the server run by virual machine, that the TC basically needs to be cleaned up due to lack of maintenance - but he does not know the program to fix it.

Anyway I can start over with the TC as webbase? or does it have to be on the server?

Do you have some options of how to continue using this wonderful TC?
