#6 Patch for Daylight Savings Time problems (fixed...)

disregard the previous patch for Daylight Savings Time as it did not include all the correct files or instructions.

this is a patch to fix any Daylight Savings Time issues you may be having
with PHP Timeclock, it's a zip file containing 11 files. simply overwrite
all the older files (except for config.inc.php!!) with these new ones.
