#31 label the status report shown on home page

In our evaluation testing, a user was very confused on
the PHP Timeclock home screen. The user thought it was
showing a daily time report, so the user expected to
see "in" and "out" entries for each person.

Please label the report by adding a heading like
"Current status report" or "Live worker status."
