#29 For setup, link to reference docs

In the following two places, please link to reference
documentation.

1. http://timeclock.sourceforge.net/install.php
2. config.inc.php

For example, for "Create a mysql user named ..." you
could give example SQL code or link to the appropriate
page on MySQL's site. Sure, I memorize SQL SELECT but
not user account creation. :)

Also, in config.inc.php, you could link to the date
page where "j.n.Y" is explained.

These are not a big deal, but they save the busy admin
guy a little time. :)
