#28 time edit range

Hey it would be nice if on the time edit screen you
could put in a date range or a * instead of just one
day to edit. Most companies tend to do payroll weekly
or biweekly and they work on stuff toward the end of
those periods. Other than that nice job on this
software. Sorry I don't have a patch you can just apply
but PHP isn't my strong point.
