#25 Move Sidebar to center option

Would like to have the option to move sidebar in/out
functions to the middle and disable the listing of
entries. Employees do need to be reading data on other
users. Maybe have a graphic above a centered check in
check out box.

I agree with the suggestion that the data should be private,
if possible. I would also suggest there be a way in which
the reports view could be restricted to the individual's
time ONLY, and a user not be allowed to see the time in/out
for everyone.
