#tstilebitmap doesnt function correctly

As far as i can tell from the docs. #tstilebitmap is
suposed to just output the tiles from the tileset
regardless of any combinations of tiles you have used in
the maps.
#tstilebitmap actually seems to export a set of tiles that
are always 1 tile wide and do not correspond to the tiles
in the tileset.

In my tests, the command works as it should. You can also
add a maximum width, for example:
#tstilebitmap Gfx<TileSetIdentifier>.bmp 256
