We don't want a piece of code that is more complex than the problem we are trying to solve. Do we? I want to keep the code simple and easy to understand by any PHP coder so we can expand and expand the team without problems. Sepparation in code between features is also important, a change in blogs should not break the forums or other important tiki features. You are right, the code can be restructured but we have to keep it functional, this is an application to be used not to be admired by code poets ;-) I just need patience, I know there're many things that can be improved and we need time to do that. E.g. by making the same code work for wiki pages, CMS articles, blogs and forums, rather than having completely separate blocks of code for each. That could be an aim of a Tiki restructuring project. -- Dr. David R. Newman, Queen's University Belfast, School of Management and Economics, Belfast BT7 1NN, Northern Ireland (UK) Tel.
