There is another way to do this using the features built in to Tiki - in http://dalhousieinstitute.in for example only registered users can read the full text of messages from the President and Hony. Secretary but everyone can read the full text of posts to, say, Sports News, via RSS. This is done by using headers of an article to hold text for circulation in the public domain information and the body to hold text for circulation to registered users. Tiki has a built in permits system to display the body of an article to specified groups such as Registered. So people who read RSS feeds will have to log in to Tiki and be subscribed to the appropriate group to be able to access non-public domain text.
