[Tikiwiki-devel] some attachments broken (still?) in dev.t.o

Hi all:

I've just noticed that we (still?) have some attachments broken in dev.t.o:
http://dev.tiki.org/Development+Environment:+XAMPP-Aptana

(Same happens if we use the former dev.tw.o domain). Thus, all images 
from that page are "gone".

Example:

Any idea what can be wrong with attachments in dev.t.o? (utf-8 issues 
still?)
