#320 FAQ : New permission for user to edit suggested Qu./answers

looking at

The suggested questions are at the bottom but, neither
have answers and one of which is terribly phrased.

It would be nice if there was a way that users with
perms could edit the question and/or answer the
question.

In fact after a bit of poking around, I'm not able to find
a way to edit the question or the answer... this should
be as easy as possible so that users questions can be
quickly captured and answered so that they can get to
the business of using Tiki efficiently.

That's true.
Maybe we could have a permission for users to edit it's own
questions and one for any question.
