#250 admin login: pages show link to admin/perms

I would like to be able to fine tune individual pages
in forums and blogs to certain people. When I'm
adminning a reg. wiki page I have the perms option
right there. Please include the same perms options
links for the rest of the tiki features. So that at the
botoom of each page would be the perms for that object.
the forum, the topic etc.

this is referring to the 'need' for some kind of meta
template for admin windows so that all admin windows have
the same features and functions across the interface as
opposed to just one particular function...
