#320 [Clyde] Strings arnt collected to the list of master strings

i have noticed that not all strings are added to the list of master strings.
the ones i have noticed this with are help notes found in the admin area.
not sure if there are any other strings that are left out as well.

for instance, one help note (that has been untouched for a while now) is
in admin --> kernel --> features

i think this includes all strings that are passed into formhelp from an
array.
