0.12.1dev: add .hgeol for mercurial:EolExtension, in order to work without trouble with mixed svn/hg working copies on Windows.
Also, do a `hg revert contrib sample-plugins` once, in order to get rid of the Keywords differences, as svn doesn't care about the precise content of those markers.
