l10n/fr: french translation update (2 fuzzy kept on purpose, need to fix the source)

l10n: automatic extraction (please ignore)

i18n: in the changeset template, the change kind strings were not yet translated.

svn_fs: fix `SubversionChangeset.get_changes()` so that deletions actually show the deleted ''target'', which is not the same as the base path of the deletion in case the deletion is done after a copy or a move, within a same changeset.

Added a regression test.

Closes #4900.

l10n/fr: fix some spelling mistakes

TracReports: move the report parameters input fields in the preference box. Two update buttons were confusing.

TracReports: the sort link in column header keeps current parameters.

Closes #9095.

TracLinks: InterTrac prefixes can now be ''real'' prefixes, i.e. you can add them in front of any `<resolver>:...` link, including the `<resolver>:"..."` ones used when the target contains space characters.
