browser: Separated the changeset author from the message in the source browser.

Patch by eblot. Closes #8046.

ticket: Calculate `cnum` automatically in `Ticket.save_changes()` if it isn't provided.

Part of #8947.

versioncontrol: Fixed an obsolete comment.

versioncontrol: Use `RepositoryManager.get_repository()` consistently instead of `Environment.get_repository()`, and updated the documentation of the latter to emphasize the standard way of retrieving a repository.

utils: Fixed `normalize_whitespace()` to actualy do what it advertises in its signature.

versioncontrol: Updated the documentation of `IRepositoryProvider`.

l10n: new automatic extraction

l10n: a few fixes for errors reported by msgfmt. The only problems left for msgfmt now are the unit vs. units keywords in some ngettext messages (see #8588).
