MultiRepos: documentation tweaks to the trac-svn-hook contrib script.

As its statement of purpose now says, this script is only a kind of verbose wrapper for calling the appropriate `trac-admin changeset added/modified` commands, which can be enough most of the time, as explained in ["0.12/TracRepositoryAdmin"].

MultiRepos: Minor fixes in repository handling.

* Allow using `{name}.alias = {repos}` to specify an alias in `[repositories]`.
* Allow using an empty name for the default repository in the repository admin panel.
* Display the description of the default repository if it is an alias.
