Commit [r9042]  Maximize  Restore  History

0.12dev: Always add a `value=` attribute to `<option>` elements when the value can contain spaces, as some browsers collapse multiple spaces in the element contents.

Thanks to Davide Vernizzi for the bug report. Closes #8943.
