WikiFormatting: make it easier to write big tables by allowing a row to be written on multiple lines.

In order to prevent starting a new row, end the line with a '\' character, after the last `||`.

Wiki: minor clean-ups, comments.

fr_FR: fix a "fatal error" for msgfmt, {{{`msgid and `msgstr entries do not both begin with '\n'}}}.

Follow-up to r8696, restore backward compatibility of the private formatter API.

In the backup method, the postgres backend shouldn't substitute a missing host by localhost, as this changes the connection mode from local to host, hence a possible change of authentication method.

Add a few missing translated ticket field labels.
