0.11-stable: If the mime type of a node is not given (e.g. with a `svn:mime-type` property), try to guess the mime type from the node's path and content to decide if diffs should be shown, also taking the `[mimeview] mime_map` config option into account.

Also, fixed an issue where changing the `[mimeview] mime_map` config option would require a server restart when modified, due to mutating the global `MIME_MAP` dict.
