Commit [r8380]  Maximize  Restore  History

MultiRepos: Renamed `ChangesetMessage` macro to `CommitTicketReference`, and removed the `hide_noref` argument, as it was only intended for the macro to be useful outside of the plugin.

Related to #1507.
