0.12dev: Final fixes for #7715.

* Reverted part of [8279] and added a note when a merge property change has no actual effect.
* Changed wording to be consistent with Subversion ("reverse-merged" instead of "un-merged").
* Fixed display of removed merge sources.

#7715: mergeinfo diff renderer fixes
- fixed typo for removed_label
- warn if we only have added/removed revs outside of source,
otherwise we might get a ''Property ... changed'' with no
further details, which is puzzling

See the changeset [8206] and the Makefile.cfg.sample entry for an example. This might be indicative of "wrong" mergeinfo content, so one could remove it afterward (here, r8219).

#7715: follow-up to r8276, also show tracebacks.

This is mainly useful for debugging, so once we're confident everything works fine in the property renderers, we can eventually revert that change.

#7715: use `_get_revs_link` for eligible revisions (see [ticket:7715#comment:19 comment:19]).

0.12dev: Instead of showing an internal error when rendering of a property fails, continue with the next renderer (ordered by decreasing quality).

0.12dev: fix svnmerge-integrated property using `svnmerge merge --record-only`

0.12dev: merged from stable [8229,8231,8233-8236,8264-8265,8269/branches/0.11-stable].

What is interesting here is that the merge was done using plain `svn merge ../0.11-stable` (svn 1.6.2) and the result seems quite good. Finally time to ditch svnmerge.py?

I'll fix the svnmerge-integrated property on the next commit.

0.12dev: Render `svn:mergeinfo`, `svnmerge-integrated` and `svnmerge-blocked` to show links for merge source paths and revisions, and calculate eligible revisions for merging.
