Add svn:keywords on bugzilla2trac.py contrib script, as requested in #8318.

The tests using the MySQL backend helped to catch a missing space in a SQL query (`CachedRepository.get_changesets()`). Strangely, the other backends were able to cope with that.

0.11.5dev: backported r8230 - testing TRAC_TEST_TRACD_OPTIONS=--http11 with Python 2.3 is OK.

0.12dev: ported r8228 from rework-testing - testing tracd with TRAC_TEST_TRACD_OPTIONS=--http11, everything is fine ;-)

rework-testing: use TRAC_TEST_TRACD_OPTIONS environment variable for specifying extra options to the TracStandalone server used for the functional tests (targeting testing of the --http11 option).
