Follow-up to r8209, Repository.close might be called multiple times (once from !RepositoryManager.shutdown, once from `Repository.__del__`) so we have to check if the pool is still there.

MultiRepos: looks like I didn't test switching the alternate db from trunk to multirepos after r8200, as one call to reset_db was missing there.

MultiRepos: merged 0.12dev [T8206] (more robust db reset when testing with alternate db)

It should now be possible to run the tests on the multirepos branch just after having run the tests on 0.11-stable or trunk using an alternate database backend, as the version change should be detected.

0.12dev: merged r8205 from rework-testing branch

rework-testing branch: move the `destroy_db` method from !FunctionalTestEnvironment to !EnvironmentStub, as any test might require dropping the current schema of an alternative database backend and recreating it, in case a database version difference was detected.

MultiRepos: merged 0.12dev [T8178:8199/trunk].

If running the tests using an alternate database backend which has previously been used for testing trunk, then some tests will fail due to missing 'repository' table.

The logic of the database cleanup during the tests needs to be adapted.

multirepos: Added file missing from [8202].
