Wiki text embedded in `div` blocks had not the correct CSS class by default. This caused headers to appear ''outside'' of the div block.

The new commands are:

* `attachment add`: Attach a file to a resource.
* `attachment export`: Export an attachment from a resource to a file or stdout.
* `attachment list`: List attachments of a resource.
* `attachment remove`: Remove an attachment from a resource.

Closes #6023.
