The new commands are:

* `attachment add`: Attach a file to a resource.
* `attachment export`: Export an attachment from a resource to a file or stdout.
* `attachment list`: List attachments of a resource.
* `attachment remove`: Remove an attachment from a resource.

Closes #6023.

Applied patch for regression test for #7600.

trunk: adapt to Genshi API change [G1003]

trunk: fix `'comments' in item` bug introduced in r7880, as `item` can be `None` depending on the diff options selected (the list of changes itself is not compacted in order to preserve the indexes used in links). Closes #8105.
