Now ''really'' test unicode support in svn_fs, by having the scope be an non-ascii path: s/trunk/tête/

One test result had to be adapted: `test_fancy_rename_double_delete`.
This is because this test is sensitive to the order of the entries returned by the change editor. The change editor traversal order itself must probably be dependent on some hash values on the paths.

More utf-8 fixes for the Subversion VCS backend:
- fix annotate
- fix get_changes, in case the scope is non-ascii (#7672)

Display preview rendering errors as warnings.

Fix display of errors found during rendering.

Patch renderer is now a bit more robust when seeing hunks shorter than what they should be.

Fixes #8047.
