i18n: usage of i18n:msg in templates seems to be problematic in Genshi 0.5.1, update required Genshi version to recent trunk (also works with installed and recommended advanced-18n branch, of course).

i18n: fixed one bug in domain_functions/add_domain that occurred in the TracMercurial plugin when Babel is not installed.

i18n: various compatibility fixes with different combinations of Babel and Genshi. Closes #7834.

i18n: add Babel version info to the system info

Fix svn:externals when there's an entry point to the root of an external repository (no prefix in this case). Closes #7810.

0.12dev: Merged [7718:7721] from 0.11-stable.

0.11-stable: Fixed column selection box on ticket query page to always contain all fields.
