As noted in #5647, we need to do something better for Stream results (linearize them and go through until we know what kind of content it is).

More robust verification of Wiki processors output, for deciding if we have to interrupt the current paragraph.

Timeline uses render hints in the rendering context so that individual wiki formatters called by the `ITimelineEventProvider.render_timeline_event` methods will known what style of output to produce.
