trunk: Merging [7598:7599] from 0.11-stable

* [7598] = Custom query + ticket feed fix for Firefox, #3899.
* [7599] = Disable webadmin plugin uninstall, #3545.

0.11-stable: Removing the 'Uninstall' button from Plugins webadmin page as there is no reliable way of uninstalling other than removing code file(s) and restarting server. That is also the recommended method of uninstalling as currently documented in wiki:TracPlugins.

Feature is just disabled through template comment with a `FIXME:` for now - pending any deeper insight that may revive the feature...

Fixes #3545.

0.11-stable: Fixing custom query + ticket feeds so that Firefox (and presumably others) will display instead of downloading. Closes #3899.

0.12dev: Imported compatibility symbols restored in `trac.util.compat` in [7551] in `trac.util` as well, as some plugins imported them from there (most notably th:AccountManagerPlugin).

0.12dev: ported [7594] from 0.11-stable ''(add_warning with Genshi msg, #7474)''

`add_warning` and `add_notice` didn't expect Genshi elements as arguments, as was expected in `Mimeview._render_source`. Make it possible to do so, which fixes #7474.

Allow using any mimetype as a processor.

TracMercurial for 0.12: ported r7592 from 0.11 branch, without the Trac version check.

TracMercurial for 0.11: slightly improve the error reporting in case of installation issues, in the line of #6796.

The warning shown in wiki manual merge mode was present twice, after the r6986 merge.
