MultipleRepositorySupport: made the repository index more robust.

Instead of showing a full screen error for the first problematic repository, show the normal repository index and display information about each problematic repository inline.

TracMercurial plugin for 0.12: trunk recently dropped support for Python 2.3 and removed a few compatibility functions, so don't import them anymore.
