Link page name in title of wiki diff to the current version, remove redundant styles, provide table summaries.

Created a new Ticket class and renamed the ticket modules to TicketModule and NewticketModule.

Change the way stylesheets dependencies of templates are handled. Now every template specifies a "master" template that it depends on. That master stylesheet in turn @imports any other required stylesheets (for example, changeset.css imports diff.css). This moves the central stylesheet-selection logic from header.cs to the individual templates themselves.

Show resolution and last comment for ''Ticket close'' events in the
Timeline. Closes #530.

Display ticket summary in page title.

Require summary for tickets. Closes #445.

Reformatted page titles to place most important info first. This is
especially useful in multi-tabbed web browsers where titles are
shortened. Closes #438.

Always use CRLF for end-of-line in notification emails.

Merged patch from juracy@... (thanks for the patch), for encoding data as UTF8. Closes #487.
