TracMercurial for 0.12: follow-up to r7353, there was no point in having backward compatibility code for the `execf` change.

Also, it's about time to drop support for pre-1.0 hg versions, so I simplified the `MercurialNode.get_properties` code even more.

It's not done by systematically appending a `[[BR]]` macro at the end of each line, but by appending `<br>` in the output, when needed.
