Fix some minor grammer issues.

Force Babel 0.9.3 since it fixes some plurality issues.

TracMercurial for 0.12: `MercurialRepository.next_rev(rev, path)` now takes into account path information (only when path is a file, directory still not supported)

TracMercurial for 0.11: backported r7342 (''follow first parent/child'')

TracMercurial for 0.12: for previous/next rev, always use first parent/child (i.e. stay on the branch).

WikiRename: illustrate the transition towards use of context manager and `with` statement, for `transaction` (requires Python 2.5 - not meant for trunk).

WikiRename: transaction code clean-up, use local functions.

WikiRename: fix admin console unit-tests (missing WIKI_RENAME in the list)

WikiRename: added a functional test for the wiki rename operation

- create wiki page with one attachment
- try a few pathological rename (to itself, to existing page)
- do a real rename, leaving a redirection page in place
- check for the attachment move, for the redirection page
- do another real rename, this time without redirection
- check the original page is gone
