Make the wiki page name in the page history title a link to the current version of the page

Move Wiki history to a separate page. Closes #373.

Add 'plain text' as alternate download format for Wiki pages. This is a simple way to allow pages to be restored from earlier versions.

* Unify table styles used throughout Trac to a certain extent
* Clean-up the mark-up/styles used in the browser module

Mark-up diffs so that they are viewable also without CSS

Late merge of [643] to stable, which fixes adding attachments under mod_python

Merged [727] into 0.7-stable.

Don't let docutils call sys.exit().
