Fixed comment according to the code (#7194)

When a wiki page is saved without being modified, the last version is shown instead of an error message (that was #4221). Add an explicit warning to avoid possible confusion.

Only show a warning in case of a wiki page edit validation error.

Patch renderer: some patches have "\" in path names

A slightly improved version of the former: don't use `$.map` and instead modify the lines array in-place.

This should be a bit faster.

0.11-stable: fix Javascript for converting tabular to unified diffs (IE only issue)

Also, seems like CRLF as line separator was not producing the expected output. CR does.
