Versioned Wiki pages used to have a direct link to the diff corresponding to this version (''Last Change'' context link), restoring it.

Without this, navigating from a versioned page link to the actual change would be quite cumbersome (#2635).

Another little glitch with relative TracLinks syntax: prevent `[...]` to be recognized as a valid relative link, as it's not.

Fix a small glitch when generating links to local anchors, by which an extra '&' would be added if viewing a specific version of a wiki page. That change in the URL would have triggered a reload of the page, instead of a repositioning in the browser.

Merged [7024] from 0.11-stable (TracWikiMacros -> WikiMacros, ref. #7139).

Renaming TracWikiMacros default wiki page back to WikiMacros.
