Functional tests: also trap `twill.utils.ClientForm.ItemNotFoundError` exceptions and dump the faulty html when this happens.

Make user sort in reports do the rigth thing for enumerations (comparing the value as int instead of comparing the name).

This hardcodes the name of those enumerations, but as there's no way of introspecting the schema, this is better than nothing.

Yet another follow-up: add missing `os` scope for W_OK

Followup to r6837, don't try to touch a file that doesn't exist, or we don't have rights to. There was a test failure introduced in the wiki formatter tests because its EnvironmentStub doesn't have a filename.
