Add comment that fielddefs.fieldid got changed in 2.23.3 after looking at
various schemata from earlier versions.

Remove permission checking from Wiki module `match_request()`. It was the only module doing it this way, and lack of permission will now raise a 'permission error' instead of 'not found'.
