Report pagination: PEP:8 cleanups, rework of option handling

Apply patch from #6127 for showing ticket queries and reports in multiple
pages, thanks to trac-ja.

Query: Reworked fetching of tickets for cached queries to only use a single SQL to generate the combined ticket list. This should handle changes better, including fix for the sorting issue in #7039.

Also used the opportunity to remove some unused imports.

Follow-up to r6726, need to fix the annotate links for the changeset pop-up.

When clicking on such a link, the file couldn't be rendered and instead the ''HTML preview not available, since no preview renderer could handle it.'' message was shown.
