MultipleRepositorySupport: miscellaneous bug fixes
- fix blame.js so that it works in both single and multiple repository setups
- `RepositoryManager.get_resource_description()` was buggy
- `_render_dir` used `reponame` for the Zip link

Another missing usage of jQuery (r6572 related) - closes #6873.

Follow-up to r6599, fix the browser check.

Display closed tickets in the custom query with the usual line-through style.

Fixes #5653.

More polish on the blame feature: added a button for closing the changeset popup window.

Note that either I'm doing something wrong or Firefox is behaving strangely here: it seems that the <h1> title shadows the "Close" button w.r.t. the mouse events. This problem doesn't happen with either IE7 or Opera, so I added a workaround for Firefox only.

Improvement to the blame view: when clicking on the changeset number, no longer go to that changeset but show the changeset in a popup window, like clicking on the background of the cell would have done.

Instead, it's now possible to go to the full changeset by clicking on the changeset number in the title of that popup window.

Another r5672 fix: the diff switcher function was not properly namespaced.

Follow-ups to r6572: tabs were introduced, convert them to 2 spaces.

jQuery 1.2 introduced the `.offset()` method, use it.
