Improvement to the blame view: when clicking on the changeset number, no longer go to that changeset but show the changeset in a popup window, like clicking on the background of the cell would have done.

Instead, it's now possible to go to the full changeset by clicking on the changeset number in the title of that popup window.

Another r5672 fix: the diff switcher function was not properly namespaced.

Follow-ups to r6572: tabs were introduced, convert them to 2 spaces.

jQuery 1.2 introduced the `.offset()` method, use it.

Improved usage of local pools in `SubversionRepository._history`.

This happens to be the same logic than the one used in the `svn_repos_history` function that [4710] replaced.

Should contribute to reduce the overall memory usage (related to #6614).

Perform explicit garbage collection after every request.

Though there's for sure a performance cost, this dramatically reduces the memory consumption. See #6614 for details.

Follow-up to r6591: forgot about the checkwiki script...

Clarify the TracIni documentation for the `[trac] mainnav` and `[trac] metanav` entries. I also took this occasion to add the TracNavigation page to the documentation.

Fixes #6865.

Testing: twill-0.9 was released, and works for us. It includes the twill patch
we had here, so drop that.

Testing: Merge through [6582] from trunk. All tests pass.
