Add a proxy object for repos in order to avoid creating reference cycles that
are not collectable due to the __del__ method of SubversionRepository.

Updated the `get_logo_data()` to accept an optional `abs_href` input, and the logic is changed slightly so that it always tries to calculate both `logo.src` and `logo.abs_src` as paths as best it can given the input.

Updated all RSS templates to use the `chrome.logo.src_abs` that has changed from a boolean to always contain a path reference. Timeline RSS logo now works again.

Updated tests - all pre-existing tests give the same result as before. New tests added to test the absolute logo reference.
