Convert to SQLAlchemy.

Fix up indent.

Add forgotten 'append_' before order_by(). The latter returns a new object, the
former (append_order_by()) mutates the current SQL statement. Makes a world of
difference.

Convert all hardcoded SQL into SQLAlchemy statements. Some might not be yet
optimal, but it is always easier to refactor.

With SA 0.4 DynamicMetaData is known as ThreadLocalMetaData.

Fix typo due to changed internals.

Port old sqlalchemy patch to trunk.

Copy current trunk to a new sandbox to restart SQLAlchemy work.

Initialize svnmerge.

Regenerate POT file.
