Fix r6093: the expand_dir XHR on the server side is not using Fragment generation, so we still need to cut the DOCTYPE out of the response "manually" on the js client side.

Get rid of the <!DOCTYPE> in the macros.html.

This is from where the <!DOCTYPE> line was coming from in generated fragments.
Also, now that it is gone, we don't need to remove it manually in the expand_dir.js Javascript end,
before retrieving the directory entries.
