Testing: Until we have this working with twill-latest, provide a backport of a
twill-latest fix for 0.9b1.

When spawning subprocesses, close_fds=True keeps us from running out of file
descriptors so quickly.
Also, wrap long lines.

Improve a bit the support for `svn:externals`:
- links for externals with no revision set were using "rev=None" instead of "rev="
- link titles for externals with a revision set were missing a space

Testing: Split up the #5497 test into finer-grained tests

Testing: As it turns out, twill lets you specify the regex compile flags... but
takes them as a string instead of just using the originals. Anyway, use that
so twill's error messages provide something more useful than a regex object
address.

TracMercurial for 0.11: initial support for generalized diffs: it works fine for files, not that well for directories. Applied patch mercurial-plugin-0.11-anydiff.patch made by Shun-ichi Goto, see #5706.
