Created branch for I18n work.

Templates in the shared template directory weren't getting picked up because the packaged templates had priority. Thanks to osimons for reporting the issue.

TracMercurial: Support for wikifying "plain" changeset numbers (i.e. between 12 and 40 hex digits)

TracMercurial: fix the revision log for a directory. The usage of walkchangerevs is now hopefully correct (but compatibility with very outdated versions of hg is gone)

TracMercurial: merge changes from 0.11 (r5365, r5698:5699) via svnmerge

TracMercurial: the rename detection code was dependent on the order of the entries (original file had to be seen before renamed file). Fixes #5544.

TracMercurial: small clean-up for `get_changes`

`NoSuchChangeset` and `NoSuchNode` exceptions lead to a 404 as well (see r5554).
