WorkFlow: Update the default reports to match the new default workflow. Note

that the reports for 'assigned' tickets are now 'accepted' tickets since that
maintains the original meaning. The '*'s added to (what would now be)
'accepted' tickets have been dropped, and replaced with a 'status' column.
