Fix a minor glitch introduced by r5568 for displaying the parent name in the attachment template in list mode

Simplify steps needed for displaying lists of attachments, by introducing an `AttachmentList` helper class

More correct approach for displaying list of attachments (instead of [5562:5563]). This will be improved upon.

Testing: Very very rough prototyping.

Revert [5562:5563], wrong approach (I have a fix, but it's not completely ready for today)

Testing: Start an experimental branch to do high-level testing.

Improve ''Attach File'' permission check on wiki pages.

The individual attachment permissions in lists are now checked within the corresponding template macro.

Refactor the attachment permission code so that new parent resource realms can be more easily added.

AuthzPolicy: updated the plugin doc with some needy informations.
