Trac error template:
- fixed validation issues (all but ''<ol> has not start attribute'' which is there to stay, I think)
- fix a CSS issue with IE, error message would be covered entirely by the horizontal scollbar if an overflow happened

WorkFlow: follow-up to r5337, enable/disable all the action related elements having an id (same idea as in the original r5330).

TracBrowser: follow-up to [5338], the new expand/collapse, which was a bit buggy (use of toggle show again the content of hidden subfolders, when an ancestor folder is collapsed). This is not a perfect solution, as re-expanding a collapsed folder will show ''all'' the already loaded subtree as expanded. But this is a least a coherent behavior, that one could live with until we implement a solution that will restore the subtree on re-expand in the exact way it was looking before it was collapsed.

0.10-stable: Ported r5343 from trunk. Custom query feeds failed the feed validator test if the project description property was empty.

Follow up on [5343], use project.descr instead of a hardcoded string.

Added missing description element to query.rss. This closes #5271.

WorkFlow: Use req.warning() instead of creating a list thing at the top of the
ticket page for previewing action side-effects.

TracBrowser expander: new icons, kindly contributed by mitsuhiko, thanks again.

WorkFlow: Quick hack to access the workflow image. (Thanks cboos.)

TracBrowser, inplace browsing version 2: always show the expand/collapse icons in front of the folder icon. Thanks to mitsuhiko who suggested me the ideas for this ''version 2'' ;-)
